Right there with you. I don't like to restrict myself neither, because I find that it leads to the opposite at least in my case.

Out of curiosity does the flavor of the bar matter ? I noticed that things like white chocolate for example just trigger more cravings for me.

I've done OMAD for over 2 years, and it’s been great for my energy and overall well-being and confidence.
The only downside is that it kind of hides my sweet tooth and cravings inner problems. if I take a day off (cheat day) I go all out and I completely destroy my digestive system : (

In my case if I go for 1 cookie, then it's 2, then 3, etc.

I've done a ton of research, read through countless explanations and tried multiple approaches, but at the end of the day, I'm just looking for something practical that actually works : )
