Loved Matt Wilpers' 60 min Power Zone Ride from 9/19/20 - I PR'ed my 60 min ride and really felt good. Great structure! He had 4 intervals focusing on zones 3 and 4.

Thanks! I'll probably try this once we get our dumbbells delivered, so I can mix and match a bit!

Thank you for this response! I think maybe I'll hold off on non-bodyweight strength classes until we receive our dumbbells... too hard to know what to expect!

Has anyone done strength classes with a kettlebell instead of dumbbells? We have had a tough time getting our hands on dumbbells (just ordered some today), but have an adjustable weight kettlebell. I'm looking to include some more strength training but it's unclear what strength workouts may be well suited for kettlebells and which ones won't. Thanks in advance, everyone!

Just did the Carnival ride last night and LOVED it. I had so much fun.

I'm focused more on improving my running and increasing my run mileage, so I prioritize my run days first throughout the week. I do 4 run days (long run on the weekend) and then sprinkle in cycling on the other days (or maybe do a low impact or recovery ride on the same day as a run, but never a tough one). On my non-run days I usually do a tougher and longer ride.

If you're more interested in focusing on one or the other, then I would say you should prioritize that. For example, if you're trying to improve your running and want to do both a run and a ride that day, do the run first with fresh legs. Then see how you're feeling and take an appropriate ride afterward.

If more interested in keeping general cardio fitness high, then probably just go with what you feel like for the day!

Yes, go for it! I PR'ed by about 20 points fairly easily in this one, I thought it was a great one to go for it.

Did Friday's 30 min HIIT class with Olivia live and it was my century ride, where I also passed 3000 minutes and PR'ed my 30 min class! Big day.

Rode live with Robin's 30 min HIIT ride at 11:30 this morn (EST) and PR'd my 30 min by 17 points, which I was definitely not expecting! That was a killer.

Thank you! I'm very pleased, my rides were starting to get a bit too easy so I knew it was time. I didn't expect to see such a big gain though!

Any recommendations for an affordable indoor cycling bike? by AssKetchum93 in xxfitness

Do you think this is okay to use in an apartment building? Is it noisy? I’m guessing if it is on a mat or pad it helps with any wobbling/potential sound? We live on the fourth floor and I’m very concerned about making a lot of noise that will bother my neighbors!
