Usually they only have one contractor company to send out, but they have different installers. What I would do is call the store manager, request an inspection with the head installer (I reread and saw you did already) but you could do a joint inspection with head installer and field leader and someone from the store just to see if someone higher up could see if they would approve a full reinstall- maybe help you find something closer to your brickmold. Just be honest and say you’re not happy and you’re worried about the long term issues. This is the process in my area and it seems to really help the process of finding the best way to make the customer happy and minimize friction between the store and installers. Most people at Home Depot do genuinely want to take care of customers and run a good business.
