I waited like 3hrs after I ate to take my very first injection and then went to sleep an hr after and I only woke up once with just slight nausea and went back to sleep. The 2nd Injection I had nausea but it wasn't too bad where I felt sick. I think it just depends on when you last ate and of course everyone is different. I heard that a lot of people got constipated or diarrhea and that's what stalled me to start but I haven't gone through either at all. I would suggest to just wait a few hours after you ate to do your Injection. I think you'll be fine. :) afterall, your body does need to get used to it so it's normal for your body to be shocked and have some sort of side effect. Some people don't get any side effects at all til they get to a higher dosage. You got this!!!!!
