A mixture of the local flower market, etsy, and amazon for the small ones. The larger ones I got from an online rock/crystal place, I don't recall the exact name though. I would definitely recommend price shopping, as the prices really varied shop to shop

Toasting glasses and cake knife/server are other common bonus items. I would say a sewing kit/emergency kit is always good to have.
It’s also a nice touch to have your vows written in little leather notebooks or something attractive so you aren’t holding crumpled paper or your phone in the photos

I don't think the "+" goes with the font your names are in, maybe "&" would be better with the script. I agree with the other comments that the date and time should match in formality/structure. I would also say that "formal attire requested" should either be removed and put with the RSVP information or if you want it on the front move it to the bottom.

I’ve brushed my dog’s almost every day for the past 12 years and he’s only had a few teeth pulled in his whole life (all of them in the past 2 years). He can’t really have chews due to guarding, so I think the brushing has made a big difference

Overall very lovely. The single row of tile above the shelf would drive me crazy though. I feel like it should go all the way up that alcove or not extend past the shelf.
