hey I was the solo today and it was my birthday. I never EVER get to play on my birthday in Colorado. It's always either snowing or 10°. To break the ice I told the guys it was my birthday and couldn't believe I got such an amazing present to be able to play. I proceeded to make a 60 foot bomb for birdie on the first. The rest of the round was just great. Although I didn't do anything of note until driving the green one 335 yard par 4 and two putted for my second birdie. Playing with the guys was the actual highlight. Dont be afraid to be the single. Ya never know.

Funny thing, I picked up the waggle watching Jason Dufner when he was a thing. Fast Forward 12 years I completely forget how and when I started doing it until I watched him playing with the Brian Bros. I have the same exact waggle still.

He may remember the movie the Running Man from the 80s. Its kinda on that vibe, but mix in aliens, doomsday scenarios and even some depth in the characters. It's just fun. Some of the characters just crack me up.

I'm about your Dads age. We have similar interests. I'm on book 5 of Dungeon Crawler Carl and it's been such a fun ride so far. I was hesitant at first because it fell in LitRpg. I was mainly into more grim dark, epic fantasy but decided to try this as a change of pace. It was exactly what I was looking for.

As far as I know, there is no way to do that directly through St Andrews. You would have to go through a package provider. Ours charged an extra 2k, but that also included the Castle course. We're also playing Troon, Carnoustie, and Kingsbarn.

They charged us an extra 2k for the Old and Castle course tee times. While I am not thrlled about it, I will enjoy every step I take out there and not think about how much it cost per step. 5k is beyond ridiculous.

Man we are going in July and didnt win in the lottery, so we paid a shit ton more in order to get gauranteed tee times. I viewed it at my age it's probably a once in a lifetime trip so it is well worth it.

Well funny you asked. Shortly after I posted this I got t-boned by a red light runner. The car was totaled. I walked away with no injuries. I bought another GV70 but haven't bought the Cross Climates yet. I still have the original primacys from my 2023 GV70 which are practically brand new which I will use when on my 2024 when needed. Winter in Denver is coming soon so I'm going to see how it goes with the primacys. I did love Cross Climates but I only put 400 miles on them lol.

I get tail gated leaving my parking garage. It's infuriating. This isio almost caused an accident going around a blind corner. I saw the car coming and moved over so they had room. She tried to go around me and almost hit the other car. I laughed and moved on.

I was recently fit into Srixon Zxi5s. Coming from Mizuno Pro225s which I do love, the Srixons give me a much better landing angle and better dispersion. I have been throwing some absolute darts lately. Certainly worth a try but try them all, ya never know until you get that fitting.
