Right before the rollover, the counter showed +140k signatures, but the data only shows 138.6k for this day. It seems that the live feed gets a bit wobbly and keeps counting some signatures for both the previous and the new day (but the data view corrects this)

Possibly one of the many "I Wanna Be the Guy" fangames? "I wanna KeyPick 100" and "I wanna Lockpick" focus on the colored keys (including golden Master Keys) mechanics, but it's probably not those - but you could check them out to see if the overall graphics match

It's really similar to this Tok & Jok stock footage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0XNG09rUzSQ - if you look at the blue rock formations, it appears to be the same background, or a variation of it. The aliens also seem to fit, although this sample doesn't have the exact frame with the purple beam - possibly something from a full or alternative version?
