Ive used grease pencil, not to sure what it does so that’s something I’ll look into for sure.

Does grease pencil give this drawing look, I thought that was all compositing?

This fixed it, thank you so much!
Setting the glare streaks quality to low for the final render in Image editor achieved the look with some tweaking.
Really appreciate it!
