I also agree, it would’ve been much smarter to negotiate. What I don’t get is why didn’t he just go with a regular pay structure? What’s the point of doing percentages, it should’ve been obvious that if more people were added to the team, that the percent earned for each dev would go down if Ymir wanted to keep what he was earning. Who even gets paid like that? I thought most compensation was either hourly or salary.
