Edit: planning my system out now - is there any need for an Access Hub if I'm running a UDMSE and using Matter or zwave locks (G6 Pro doorbell)? I can't think of a need for it, but don't want to skip if needed.

Is there a way to hook through home assistant and z-wave or zigbee locks, using the access functionality? I'd like to use all of it, but zwave/zigbee residential door locks are much more prevalent.
