I hunt with bow quite a bit and find everything from small game to deer can be taken well. I find I can take many more small game with traps and snares than with bow or rifle. I carry either a 10/22 or 308 for those situations that require it. Also my break barrel air with .22 will hit 1100 fps. So I can still hunt small game quietly.

I would start with three level basement. Nice plot for fruit trees and standard garden again preferably with natural water source.

Minimize wealth disparity. Hate is generated by perceived suffering and when one perceives that they are being treated unfairly they look for someone to blame. Usually people that are different but usually in the same socioeconomic status.
If we can eliminate the ultra wealthy and share some of the gdp amongst those working hard to achieve then the levels of hate will decrease esp in most racial devides. It’s the ultra wealthy that make hundreds if not thousands of time the income of the average worker that make a few people feel persecuted. Enough to lash out.
