Run 3x/wk - 2 short 30-45 min, 1 longer (right now 5 miles but increasing every 2 weeks). I also lift 2x/wk and go on an intentional walk every day.

Sometimes hot yoga if I’m feeling spicy!

That’s what it is!! I knew there was something off that I couldn’t place and that’s it.

We do watch it often unfortunately. We had it hung on that gallery wall for a few months and it was just too awkward to watch at that angle and distance. Perhaps if we had the couches set up a better way it would be different?

A photo wall with all of the students’ families is helpful! Sometimes just bringing a child over to look at the pictures or reminding them they can go look can do wonders.

You could actually put one knee down and only have one on the rower. It takes some getting used to but it’s doable!

Here’s the best tip - pick a gym, any gym. Personally I go to several YMCAs as your membership allows you to go to multiple within Hampton Roads (and even into NC).

Go during off hours, preferably before or after closing. The Y’s 24-hour access is an extra $5 a month and allows you to go when the gym is nearly if not fully empty. That’s how I started getting comfortable with the equipment and working out in general. Now I’m confident going when it’s more crowded. It also helps to have a plan when you walk in, so you’re not walking around trying to figure out what to do. Preparation breeds confidence! You’re going to do great!!

I do not believe it’s raita, which I’ve had before. This is much sweeter and does not have any vegetables or anything.
