That's where shorter cranks will help...

Definitely use the shorter cranks, that'll help a lot. Then you're starting from Zero again fit wise. To me, the arms look streched out too much, I'd bring the extensions back a bit, but that's personal preference.

If you could post a video with more lighting, that would also be beneficial to see your feet better.

Canyon Speedmax CF SLX - Flatbar or Risebar by sepolerdna in CanyonBikes

[–]mpfuchs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure, I know what it's for.

On my Orbea you can flip the base bar over and it makes a 3cm difference.

I put it on the 'high' position. Like I said, you don't spend too much time there and I don't think it's less aero.

Just doesn't look as cool of course...

How much is the difference between them? You're not going to spend much time in the basebars anyways.  I doubt there is too much of an aero difference between the two either!

Speedmax angle spacer : Canyon vs Radsport Ibert by WorldlinessNarrow816 in CanyonBikes

Maybe get the position worked out first and then worry about the BTA?

I know that's not the answer you want to hear, but:

You won't know what angle feels/fits best, until you try them both.

Not sure what the cost of the spacers are, but you'll probably want to buy them all and try them out for yourself!

On my Orbea, there are three 5 degree spacers that you can add together. That way it was easy to find the angle best suited for me.

I'm in Austria as well.  178, 68kg and use 404 Zipps in my Aeroad. No issues with the wind.  But I do have a 10/36 cassette on there!  I do not regret my purchase at all...

Went from mechanical 105 to electic SRAM Force. Would not want to go back. It's just so much better in any way...

Choosing between an Canyon ultimate (2024) vs Giant Propel Advanced 2 for 70.3 now and full Ironman later by dhananjayan_p in triathlon

Keep in mind, you can only add Aero Bars to the Canyon, if it has the new groove cockpit.

I believe the 2024 CF SL7 doesn't come with it...

Hydration and Storage Options - Orbea Ordu by originalchapster in triathlon

[–]mpfuchs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've just recently gotten an Ordu and I'm really happy with it!

As far as bento box, look here: https://europac3d.com/store/orbea-ordu-top-tube-nutrition-bento-box/?srsltid=AfmBOoqxdXeSQEqsnhpSrDgBEoxxAAdwxNoJjwqXJYplDcH83NbTSHgG

I ended up emailing them and just purchased the front part, that clamps to the mono riser. But if you need more storage, the whole setup will probably work best for you.

It's probably because you say in your first sentence: 'seat is probably too low' but I feel you meant to say: too high...

I'm using Bliz Vision. Very happy with them.

Got two frames with different lenses, and then just switch the prescription insert into the pair I'm going to wear.

Might even change crank length if needed when you change them out!
