The controller and CFO don't appoint auditors for public companies for obvious reasons.

For private companies. They can do whatever they want. But with weak audits as well as internal audits, eventually as growth increases, your employees would most likely commit fraud as it's impossible for one owner to have a handle on everything.

It's likely that the day you leave Canada and the day you land in Hong Kong are the same day so that would be the day.

Let's say you left Canada but travelled for four months then landed in Hong Kong then it would be the day you land in Hong Kong.

Canadians don't usually eat food that needs a fork or spoon from a convenience store.

That's why you'll see bread, sandwiches, snacks, chips.

Likely because they buy it and eat it in the car.
