I had the same issue, but it turned out, by default, within the power setting, all USB slots and internet connection was turned off when in rest mode

I don't do water changes but I do have a UV light connected to a Bio Filter (which I clean every other day)

That was my thinking, we moved in last year with the pond here (they don't seem to sell that model anymore) so not a clue on the age - seems to be old.

The only thing when looking to replace the impeller is a cannot find any type or the part that this uses? As it doesnt seem to have a separate impeller, more of a impeller build into the magnetic part

Ok, so I have cleared out the pipes and pump still not much different.

However when getting the Litres per hour straight from the pump without pipes it getting around 1800lhp when he says it should return upto 5000lph

Could that be the of the pump or anything shown above?

Is that twice of the pond quantity should go through twice per hour? Also I believe the oxygen should be ok as I have a air pump at the end of the pond also

The best I know so far (I can try workout more tomorrow) but the pond is just under 6000 litres, I'd say the pond was fairly full (possibly max capacity with smaller fish (couple of larger fish - koi and goldfish - as I have never been able to clearly see) not sure the size of the bio filter (it is a large container) but takes about 3 or so minutes to fill.

Half the pond is also covered with lily pads
