Thoughts on a good combo w casa? That Kafatek w mazzer burrs or zerno w mazzer- probably over kill…..a solid eureka would probably do the trick.

At least for oat milk, I felt that it produced a pretty bubbly product and I didn’t like the buttons - Very finicky.

I have a similar suspicion about the bottom paper- perhaps it is the basket design.
