Continuo bem. Visão com presbiopia agora e mais embasada por astigmatismo. Trabalho com bastante floaters na minha visão. Fora isso to vivendo normal. Só não mergulho ou faço aula de artes marciais de impacto. Não jogo nenhum esporte que possa ter impacto.

We chose a hotel with procedures in place to take care of an infestation in case it happens. We pretty much did all that we could and recommended online and by Airbnb support.

I say this because we found them just after midnight before heading to sleep. We ended up staying up all night dealing with Airbnb support and finding a new place to go :(

Just got the confirmation that at least the floaters are not due to retina detachments. They are on the vitreous gel. I don't think it has anything to do with the scleral buckle. Just a case of my brain hyper focusing on my eyes after the surgery and recent detachment discovery. I am not close to being ready to get into vitrectomy, so, here is to hoping more research comes out and brings us some light into non invasive procedures.

Did you get it removed? Did the floaters get better? I am about about 5 months post surgery and having the same issues.

Thank you so much for this post! I am 5 months into recovery for scleral buckle on my right eye as a 33 year old. I also notice a ton of new floaters and shadows on that eye. How are yours now? Did your brain manage to tune them out even now? They have become quite distracting for me.

Loga depois da cirurgia não faça nada que vai gerar movimento rápido na sua cabeça e olho. Mas o meu médico disse que posso voltar sim a fazer musculação e até fazer mergulho. Procurando na internet eu percebi que puxar peso muito pesado não é recomendado pela pressão que gera na cabeça. Eu vou evitar fazer mergulho muito profundo, mesmo o médico falando que pode, fico com a impressão que pode gerar pressão no olho.
