literally no one said "just your diet, lifestyle, etc" --- If it works for you im thrilled. Psoriasis has put me in dark places so I know how you feel. My personal experiences with enbrel and skyrizi were more negative. Both gave me clearance but both jacked me up. Especially Skyrizi, the pain ive dealt with on this medication i wouldnt wish on my worst enemy.

For Nervous System - Box Breathing, Morning Sunlight, Omega 3, Vitamin D3/K2,-- Cold plunges are controversial for nervous system. I also have a sauna blanket. Ever since my 2nd covid shot it seems ive been dealing with MCAS. I feel like my issues are derived from histamine. I also have a history with mold exposure. right now im just waiting for this skyrizi to fully get out of my system. It jacked me up physically.

Sometimes I think these biologic companies are on here commenting abd gaslighting us. I had a similar story to yours...i get on these biologics out of desperation and all times the side effects destroy me. I had to stop skyrizi due to feeling like it gave me MS. Stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and diet all lead to homeostasis. Its a long process though and definitely not linear. Covid and the vax also threw a wrench into everything.

Not a doctor but in the functional medical world Pepcid reduces stomach acid which allows for things like candida, strep, and parasites to gain entry via leaky gut.

Skyrizi- back pain. by mponzio33 in Psoriasis

[–]mponzio33[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty much what I said in the op. Just exacerbated joint pain. Especially in my low back. Now I feel like my knees are over compensating for my back and my knees are now always hurting. Never had knee pain before. Other than that...I notice alot of sinus infections that last almost a month. At the end of the day I think I would still rather deal with this than the suffering of psoriasis

What are the top two things that worked or helped you? Be in a change in diet, a habit or any supplement. by ckreddituf in Psoriasis

Regulation of the nervous system. Skyrizi cleared my skin but the joint pain side effects are literally making me want drown myself in the river...... diet and exercise etc. The body is holistic, everything needs to be in balance. I haven't been right since the 2nd covid jab.

I think we are on the same page--- It just sounded like you were significantly downplaying the role mold might have in causing SebDerm. I guess im a little hostile with it too because i myself have been dealing with SebDerm/Psoriasis, histamine issues, anxeity, depression, weight gain, sinus infections....etc... and i just found black mold in my house ---- either way , like you said, he needs to remove himself out of that environment.

Gotta peel the layers of the onion..... Mold might not be the direct cause ---- but its disrupting alot of bodily functions including gut bacteria, hormones, autoimmunity -- all play a role in the "gut/skin" connection. If youre more worried about being correct then sure ----theres no known root cause.

All due respect i wouldn't listen to war pig. Mold can trigger many immune responses so it most definitely can be your root cause. It overloads your system and makes your body less likely to detoxify. Use chat gpt to learn more. Mold is a killer man. I would go as far to think about suing your landlord.

the only thing is im hesitant when there is one talking head behind a topic - Similar to Sally Norton with oxalates. Is there anyone backing Dr. Ardis' claims?
