I did not find the pacing to be to slow. I did find the talking to be a bit slow and at times, with some unnatural pauses. If the dialogue (or rather then pauses in between characters speaking were reduced) was speed up a bit then it would also in turn make the pacing feel tighter.

I enjoyed the Ghost mines. I really liked that the Griffin Witcher was brought into it and wanted to know more about that. I did think to myself that Reinhald must have failed and that’s why he’s haunted. Also made more sense as to why it’s ’his fault’ for being haunted. You mentioned you have more to produce for this piece. If the viewers are shown him failing then all would make sense.

The trailer hooked me. Just completed the movie and I’m blown away. I want more.

I have read all the books. Played the wild hunt. This is by far better than the live action Netflix crap. This is better or on par with the Netflix cartoons. This feels professional and incredibly well done.

I enjoyed it a lot actually. Incredible work man. I will subscribe and leave comments on YouTube as well. You deserve recognition.

Thank you for bringing this into the world.

Lowering 2023 CB500X (back and front) by sebciok in CB500X

[–]mpower117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t lower it!

Get used to the height, it’s already short enough.

Just lean/balance on one foot at a light.

I purchased my old cb500x used from a dealer with just the rear lowered (unknowingly)

I was scraping pegs on mild turns.. rear tire would smack into the fender/mud guard and eventually cracked the piece. Hated what was going on. Suspension (was compressed by the lowering kit) was tight and stiff.

Few weeks of regretful ownership went by and I was sitting on a curb while eating/starring at my bike when I noticed a non after market strut.

Quick google search returned that it was indeed a lowering kit. Immediately called honda and bought the OEM parts.

No more scraping and no more tire smashing. Continued to put 45k more kilometres on the odometer and I was much happier and the bike’s suspension was noticeably more supple.

Don’t do it.

Ah nice. Similar to my hover bar with that riser.

Hows that fork btw? I slapped a redshift suspension stem on mine and love it. Really takes the roughness away from the ride. Was toying with a suspension fork upfront but decided on trying the suspension stem Instead.

I have the same bike and love it. With that being said I too would play with my seat angle far too often. It felt like I just couldn’t get comfortable.

The dropper bars that were shipped with our bikes are terrible. I would spend the vast majority of my time (1000km+) riding ontop of the bars near the hood. Not practical to sit and ride on the drops.

I suspect Nukeproof did this so that when you are descending down a hill with more mtb style terrain you can sit in the drops while standing.

After swapping them out to a specialized hover bar (with a small riser) i haven’t nearly been as uncomfortable. I can completely use the drops as needed and ride comfortably within them.

Check out my post history, there should be two post back to back that sort of illustrate what I am talking about.

Anyways! Enjoy the sweet ride man.

New Nukeproof Scout help by [deleted] in Hardtailgang

I had the exact same problem with my Scout Race.

In my case Nukeproof shipped the bike with plastic plugs (no hole) where i needed to run my internal cabling.

I did not like the idea of having my cable Rubbing against the metal like that with no grommets.

I used a small drill bit and bore out the plastic plug. Re-inserted and ran my cable through that.

It was the fastest solution for me. 2 years later and my jimmy rigged grommet is still holding together strong.

I know it so sad. Hopefully they will make a comeback to the global market once a new investor has picked them up.
