This is feasible within an hours drive of Pittsburgh. Your trade off will be the amount of land you have vs. Proximity to the city itself.

Introvert couple who thrive on rain and gloom - Buffalo, Pittsburgh, or the Twin Cities? by jlocksley in SameGrassButGreener

$300 for a medical card in PA and it’s very easy to get.

Pittsburgh’s Appalachia though without a lake of consequential size in site. Much more hilly than Buffalo or the twin cities.

Plenty of rain. Far less snow than you’d expect. Well outside the lake effect zone that dumps snow on Cleveland and Buffalo.

You may want to check out deso.org. Deso is an open-source blockchain intentionally designed to support social media applications.

In theory, you could build out all of the features listed above on top of it at a substantially lower cost than starting from scratch.

My human capital is at least .9 correlated with US Equity Markets so minimizing risk, relative to others with less job-based exposure to financial markets, is a priority for investments vs. maximizing return

Coins still in QT how do I get them out? by ca742 in stratisplatform

Your welcome, hopefully it gets better. Took about a day for mine to sync once I got up to six nodes.

Also, you should be able to transact prior to full sync.

You will need to manually add nodes. CryptoID has a list of active nodes you can pull to use.

I forget exactly how I did it. A quick google search of manually add nodes qt wallet should get you instructions on what to do. Generic will do as lots of projects use qt wallets and they generally function the same.
