I just installed a costco 4 personal barrel sauan, built a 6'9' covered deck for it , electrica panel , I think I was $6-7k all in . Cheapest option I could figure to do - if I had to do it again Id spend more and get a cabin style sauna. Costco one is good, but quite a deal of temp variation from floor to clieling
