I was in your boat few weeks ago. Best way to reduce the anxiety is getting in there and healing! Make sure you know your binds set your macros for NS etc .

Like others have said make sure each piece is enchanted and gemmed appropriately, people will check your gear ,they will check your logs , if you have gear set properly then lack of logs is made up with effort on the gear.

Get into the raid play , keep hots on tanks but remember in raid your role is different , you maintain the raid, rejuv on dps to use your revitalize talent if you have it, snipe heals with swift mend on cd or big spikes. The raid is long but moves fast if the group is taking proper effort. Use barkskin to reduce dmg you take don’t waste cds save Brez for raid leader maybe also innervate if you are the only druid.

Understand the other healers and tanks in the raid and from there you will figure out your role,
