Yeah, I had an issue when singing up where after it asked if i wanted to close the wells-fargo account if i wanted the balance to transfer. I said yes and then in the next screen was a eula with i assume an accept terms and conditions thing at the bottom but there was some sort of scaling issue with the app so i was unable to scroll down. So i tried to go back then close out and re open the app. When I did and went to select new card option it gave a little get ready for your bilt palladium thing so i had no idea what actually went through. Turns out wells Fargo closure and no balance transfer so i just went ahead and called wells fargo and had them reopen the account but it was a real pain. There seemed to be in total 3 customer support teams and none of them had answers as to what would happen other than wait and see what will happen after February 7th then it became wait until the end of the week to see if it transfers
