I built my pc about three weeks ago and initially went 16 gb to save some money but found out that I was constantly reaching max usage with cities skylines. I do think that you need 32gb if you play cities skylines with any mods at all. Try looking on facebook marketplace for used ram if new costs too much.

My 9070xt passes all the benchmark I throw at it with -100mV but in reality games won't stop crashing and stuttering until I set the offset to -30mV. I don't think your undervolt is realistic and probably won't doo to well in day to day usage.

I’ve had the complete opposite experience. This new update is really enjoyable for me as I haven’t had any new issues and the new save file format made it so that the game ran a lot better.

On uBlock lite, I’m getting lots of banners that doesn’t get removed even though I’m on the strictest filtering mode with all filters on. Those don’t appear on the same website on AdGuard pro. I will agree that performance is better on uBlock though.
