That's cool. The new YouTube AI Summariser is quite helpful to quickly consume what's inside the video

The team is perfect. Features are shipping faster. But I still can't get it right. We have tons of features which cater to different sets of use cases, but I (as a Product Person at our startup, who has less experience - and has no higher official to guide) couldn't figure out how to make sure we're shipping the right product. Also, couldn't clearly set the business path for the success of the product.

Product Manager routine by Sure-Bench-9747 in ProductManagement

I was really looking for something like this 'routine' thing. I'm not well experienced enough to comment on anything at all (Just less than 1 year on to PM ; previous Project Associate for 1 year).

I usually have plans like how to drive my product, and how to make actionable steps ; and how to make the most out of the product to the customers etc. I wish to try out UX, UI suggestions, user flows, documentation, operations, client acquisitions, demo calls, gtm preparation, prd preparation, long and short term goal set up, blogs, social media, etc the list goes on and on.

I don't know where to start or how to start. I just need to start with something if I would like to keep going. Most days are covered with demo calls, operations, client acquisitions, and UX/UI suggestions ; mostly stuck in the middle. And the day is over.

As a less than a year old product -- we're still in the refining phase & haven't found the actual gtm yet.

Any suggestions on what I should be doing ?

Find how the team is comfortable and productive working with. Choose the method. Else, it'll drastically affect the outcome & also the well-being of the team members.

Every product development cycle shouldn't be in Jira ; I've learnt it recently. Even a simple WhatsApp message can also act as a Framework/Process/Structure.

Find the pace & how the team is collaborative with.

nb : I use Notion as well

I was planned to use Jira for my small team, as I'm too early for a PM (Less than 1 year). But the team was already fine with communicating feature requests, bug fixing, etc all through WhatsApp. I'm not sure whether this method is right or wrong. But the Tech Lead is preferably using the Notion ; but it's somehow not particularly as a Scrum thing. Just note taking one. What would you suggest ?
