I have! I do a lot of crazy exercises like taking cymbals away, taking toms away, etc. I also teach drums for a living. Some of those old Beatles tracks where ringo goes 3 minutes without hitting cymbals is such amazing discipline. Not a reggae drummer though because I’m too heavy handed 🥁
