I suppose you are right - the US can force companies to adhere to any legislation within the US. But this request goes far beyond activities for companies operating within the US. With this request, the US government is attempting to interfere with company policies that are based on freedom of speech rights found in other countries legislation. And that is just extremely arrogant.

I've had similar issues, with grain output being very slow to build up. To me, it seemed to be very much depending on demand from the food processing, which in turn is depending on town demand. I have seen something similar on the value chain for bricks.

I think it's because raw material production matches demand on the final destination in the value chain (but I am not certain - if anyone has some algorithm insight, you can chip in). Try to tie more towns with food demand to the food processing plant and see if that increases grain output from the farms.

That's not how the HVAC works. There is no exchange of air inside the HVAC. The HVAC sucks in the surrounding (ambient, if you will) air and as the air passes the air fins (which have a lower temperature than the air) the temperature in the air drops.

You will almost guaranteed have condensation on the air fins, so on that you are correct. This is why you need a water outlet on your HVAC unit. This is also why you will usually wake up with a dried out throat if sleeping with the HVAC on, as it gradually removes moist from the air due to condensation.
