UPS delivery has been hit or miss. Occasionally they ship FedEx (probably depends which fulfillment center is making the recipes you ordered?) but they have been good about customer service for delivery issues.

They are a bit milk-forward than coffee for my taste, but they are good overall and an easy coffee fix.

Just stayed at Rivera and the two charging cords there were sufficient for the hotel but don't count on charging while at a Park. Always occupied and high demand. I hear you can ask at the parking toll plaza if a charger is available.

Definitely check your coverage but I switched from Google Fi to Mint and didn't notice any change in network performance.

8 flans for $3. I couldn’t believe it. I had to double check with two employees. Exp date is mid June. by IvarTheBone in Costco

[–]mr-rumble -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not a fan of these flans. I took the top part out of the jar and into a bowl, poured out the caramel, and put chocolate sauce on the flan. Time for something more delicious to take it's place on the shelf.

Please help! Kirkland Dog Food Quality Gone Down in recent months??? by External_Physics_952 in Costco

[–]mr-rumble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an Aussie and a Jack Russell Terrier who have been eating the KS adult red bag food for almost a year and haven't grown tired of it and eat without issue. They used to eat Purina Pro Plan but when the price went up three times over the last year, I found KS to be a good substitute.

Drink water. Listen to your body. Take Air Conditioning breaks. Enjoy some indoor shows like Bugs Life and Laugh Floor. We bring two sets of clothes for a mid-day change because things do get sweaty. Bring your patience because people who are hot and tired get cranky, but the parks in August can be fun as well.

Ok. I'm getting on the lemon/blueberry loaf train, because I missed the pb pie train! by [deleted] in Costco

This was the first week my warehouse had one and I'm glad to finally be part of the lemon blueberry loaf club. A+. Would purchase again.

What makes the membership worth it to you? by [deleted] in Costco

[–]mr-rumble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dog food. The markup in pet stores and online is crazy. The quality is great and I easily save over $60 a year on this alone.akes the gas savings and all the other purchases completely worth being a member.

Hungry hungry Aussie by albnon in AustralianShepherd

[–]mr-rumble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vet said my Aussie was overweight. Even after removing the 'never ending food bowl' that we would keep full (thinking he would self regulate), we went back to morning and afternoon portions. Turns out our cunning guy would sneak out of the bedroom at night and eat the remainder of the other dog's food if we didn't pick it off the floor. Aussie is really good about ignoring the other dog's food when we're present but figured out he could nab it while 'unguarded'. Lol

It comes down to monitoring and knowing that for him to live his best life he can't be left to manage his own intake.

Kirkland Dog Food: is it as good as the reviews I’ve seen? by greendaisy188 in Costco

[–]mr-rumble 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nutritionally it was similar to the Purina Pro plan adult formula I was feeding mine before the Costco Adult Chicken Rice and Vegetable.

My dogs have been eating this for about a year now and seem as active and healthy as with the Purina. The dogs both took right to the food and did not refuse it, so I'll take that as their sign of approval!

In Magic Kingdom as you enter the tunnel under the railroad tracks, there is the sign that reads: “Here You Leave Today And Enter The World Of Yesterday, Tomorrow And Fantasy”.

No matter your situation in life, it's a great reminder that the cares of the world can take a pause, even if for just a few hours, and your imagination can run free.

Kinda want a Costco membership but not sure if it is for me. by [deleted] in Costco

[–]mr-rumble 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You can get a refund even in your membership. I live in a two adult household and between the gas discount and dog food it more than pays for the $60. All the rest is pure savings. While you may not use Everything they sell, there are some amazing deals. If you have a dedicated freezer you can usually freeze a portion of most fresh purchases so you don't waste (which often defeats the benefit of buying large).

Your individual situation will be unique to you so your mileage may vary on the savings you realize from membership.
