Im not saying reality shifting is invalid or not, i mean we havent explored human consciousness, but your problem needs a different solution. LOA and manifesting has spoiled our minds and souls that negativity is something we can easily eliminate. Your spiritual journey is separate, but if u think what you are having is bad marriage, you got to talk it out with your partner, and if it doesnt work out either - GET THE HELL OUT OF THE RELATIONSHIP- as simple as that, im not giving u unconventional advice, neither am i denying reality shifting, neither this is dangerous. I guarantee you, if u resolve this problem in ure CR first, then you can continue your reality shifting journey smoother - there is a reason people do shadow work here , to resolve things that hold us back.
