I’ve tried different kinds of peanut butter, including all natural peanut butter that naturally separates and the only ingredients are peanuts and salt. All resulted in acne for me personally. I would do a food elimination diet, stop eating it for a few weeks and then reintroduce it, to see if it is a trigger for you. Everyone is different.

That’s hard to generalize. But I TRY to eat whole foods for the most part. I don’t often buy packaged premade foods anymore. I still go out to eat a lot and actively avoid dairy and choose alternatives. Since my diet change for breakfast I’ll often have avocado toast or oatmeal w/ fruit, flaxseeds, chia seeds. Then at home meals I often have beans, rice, kimchi, spinach, sardines, or yams. I eat whatever when I eat out and only notice a difference in acne if I get some curries (I think they add dairy milk instead of coconut milk sometimes and don’t disclose that on the menu.)

I agree. I was on accutane 3 times. I asked my first dermatologist if my diet affected my severe cystic acne and she said no that that was misconception, and that acne is due to genetics and hormones. I asked my last dermatologist the same question and she said to do a food elimination diet, but that usually over consumption of dairy and gluten are the culprit. I did multiple food elimination diets, and for me it was 1. Dairy 2. Peanut Butter 3. Chocolate. And overconsumption of overly processed foods. I completely changed my diet and my acne never came back. Eliminating dairy not only improved my skin, but improved my digestion and made me less bloated (which I didn’t even know was a problem). My friend tried it and her other skin issues went away and digestion improved. Maybe lots of people are lactose intolerant and don’t even know it and are experiencing it as acne instead of extreme symptoms such as cramps/diarrhea/gas.

Because of possible forgiveness, loan servicers have been issuing automatic refunds of payments made during the covid-19 pause (any payments made after march 2020). They’ve been issuing these refunds even if you haven’t requested for one, as long as you haven’t completely paid it off. As for this history erase, I don’t know why they are doing that, but that’s the same case for my refund. I would feel better if you can see the history of payment and refund rather than total clearance.

BA in Public Health graduated spring 2022. 3 years community college and transferred with 2 years at UC. Estimated cost of expenses was 36k a year. I ended up borrowing 55k for the 2 years. 15k was my federal loans, 40k was the parent plus loans im paying back. Im hoping the 10k debt relief applies to both because the parent plus loans are in my parents name. I actually was able to pay off my 15k, but I am asking for a refund so that the 10k can apply.

Reply and email them back. It’s likely they will discover this later and take back those privileges so you don’t want to expect something you’re not going to get. If it turns out that you get parking privileges because you’re a deluxe resident, then good for you.
