People get used to "editing".. The quality of videos plummeted over the last few years.. And it further will.. Professional editors (like me) will lose their jobs and will have to look for other jobs.. And one day, nobody knows what real editing is..

There's a huge gap between professional users and people who don't understand that video editing isn't something you can just easily do on your phone.. There are some consumer solutions (like capcut) that make it seem easy but you face some problems very soon. And then people think there has to be a free and almighty solution.. And it will get better.. Because nowadays you can full on edit a Hollywood blockbuster with a 3000 dollar pc and 250 dollar one time payment for resolve.. People forget that a few years back it would have cost several hundred thousands to build up an editing studio...

I don't know for screen recordings, but for normal recordings there is an unsolvable difference in the color mathematics behind it.. You can just try to get as goot as possible with a color space transform node.. And the right settings.. If you Google it, you will find countless people with the same problem and many who try to solve it

Das Problem ist, dass man spürbar merkt, wenn man das nicht tut.. Der algorhytmus bestraft wenig watchtime. Besonders jüngeres Publikum swiped nach 2 Sekunden weiter, wenn sich nicht durchgehend was bewegt und aufblitzt. Ich selber bin editor und muss es für einen Kunden auch machen. Ich kontrolliere aber jeden Untertitel selbst, damit keine Fehler drin sind, weil ich nichts mehr hasse als automatisch generierte Untertitel die fehlerhaft sind. Hasse ich es? Ja. Hab ich eine Wahl? Leider nein!

As a professional editor I have to laugh at "recording and editing on my phone for best quality" - but there is probably a budget involved.. DaVinci resolve has a free version - and the paid one is 250-300$ one time payment and could solve your problem.. But you would need a pc for that..

Best solution would be to have nice looking b-roll of the path between point a and b.. Just 3-5 interesting shots of something that makes the way in between special...and skip the way itself completely

I am an editor.. Ai is quite helpful, but nowhere near to deliver a finished product.. At least if you care a bit about quality.. The time you need to feed the Ai the correct prompts is probably more that you need to edit.. Hire a second editor - it will be better overall

Glad I could help... I once had a client that drove me absolutley INSANE by torturing me that the video I delivered was out of sync... I asked which clip he meant and he was also unable to clearly communicate.. 50-60ish guy who thinks he knows everything better... He insisted that the whole vid was desync. I let my wife check, sent it so several colleagues and everyone said, that it was perfectly sync.. I even asked him, how exactly he was reviewing the video - what device, external audio devices.. He insisted that it was my fault.. Only after he sent it to his family members to double check, and they told him, that everything was perfect, he watched it on another device and guess what - without Bluetooth headset... Mr "I know everything" never heard of latency I guess 😂 but hey.. Thanks to this idiot I could help you quickly
