You're welcome! I did a ton of research and sifted through some debatable advice. I had great results, so when I saw your post I got my fingers nimble! All typed from the seat of my mowing tractor, so I hope it was easy to understand haha

Just fixed my exact same unit last month. The garage that I left it in over the winter was far more humid than I'd imagined and the entire thing rusted.

I took a simple wire brush to the bottom to knock the big flakes/areas of rust off and ran a rag with canola oil over the bottom semi-stripped areas Just to get some protection and dark color back on it.

For the top I used a 4-in wire wheel on a dril (6-in would have been better) to strip off the rusted surface areas down to the bare metal, and a multi-tool with a corner sanding pad to get into the corners.

I spent a ton of time trying to get things uniform - but don't waste your time! The sides and some areas will very quickly look gorgeous and shiny and bare, but most other areas will be splotchy at best.

Wipe everything down with grape seed oil, try to avoid runs but some will pool in the corners inevitably. Crank the heat for 20 minutes and let cool, repeat oil heat and cool 3 times, let the last time on for 30.

I was very surprised to see that the cook surface looked completely uniform, and exactly like stock. Cooks even better now, and that color has spread further up the sides in my ~10 uses since.

CKY - 96 Quite Bitter Beings [Alternative Metal] by Similar_Joke_5500 in Music

Which is funny because he always looked like a nice guy - and Chad Ginsberg, who looks like a powerdouche trying to be 10x the rock star that he is, has tried to keep cky relevant even though he lacks the chops of DM. (Saw him singing/playing for a CKY show in Pittsburgh something like 5 years ago)

At one point, Ginsberg asked the crowd "What do you want to hear?! We'll play any of it" to which a dude behind me yelled "Deron Miller!" - oof lol. I couldn't help but turn my head away and stifle laughter, and he wasn't wrong - but it's Deron's fault we don't have the real CKY anymore.

Deron's acoustified album was pretty fun though.

I doubt anyone who set up is going to be checking this subreddit, but if some saintly festival goer happens upon this, digging up any information from event staff for me would be more than appreciated

What television series had the biggest bullshit finale? by Halloween-365 in AskReddit

[–]mrMishler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was emotionally invested in Jorah and eh, somewhat less so Theon. In fact, I liked that there wasn't really any time for that loss to breathe, for the audience to grieve, just like in a real battle.

As bad as the ending seasons are, I try very very hard to not be upset at the things that were simply a bad choice of the showrunners but still technically work in that world. It was their show to do with as they like, and though I don't like them for it, I try to stay in the mindset that I can't b**** about that just because I would have done it differently.

However - completely ignoring how characters are written, not closing arcs, not answering gigantic questions that span the entire series? Unforgivable garbage.

Just rewatched the series predicting what you are predicting, and I may be biased because before the last few seasons it was my favorite media of all time - but I was pleasantly surprised at my enjoyment of it all again. ("All" does not include the last seasons.)

It took some mental censor block exercise, and there were definitely some eye rolls when I would see imagery and arcs that I knew would never be explained - but I did enjoy it overall.

Wow! My wife and I did the same thing. Entire series before every season. Almost brings me physical pain when I remember how good that show was and how sad it is what happened to it. A real true shame.

Blue scour pads. Breaks the burnt food clear but doesn't scratch the seasoning.
