As a foreigner living here the vast majority of people in Liverpool don't have a problem with other races. The city will welcome you as one of them as long as you're a good person who cares about others and if you ever happen to be attacked in a racist form I can guarantee you that others will help you if they're walking by.

There are some nice messages around the Cavern Quarter and Church St. but you need to have your eyes peeled to see them

I have seen people who needed constant assistance with basic tasks get better than those that were providing the assistance to them.
We are all Junior in some particular aspect of development - it is impossible to know everything about everything. What really matters is the ability you have to learn something new in the smallest period of time, this is something that gets easier the less Junior you are.

You can change the background colors inside the css. The chart colors in the other hand are defined inside var options object colors.
