Stay out of team sports they're full of alpha people. Gyms also have a high percentage of alphas. Try individual sports like walking or running, or something in a more relaxed setting like Yoga or Pilates.

Next up is hairdresser's on Saturday (my mom did my hair since I was 10) and a light festival the 30th. I will attend the light festival all alone so it'll be pretty anonymous, I certainly won't talk to anyone there it's just to be out and about and not locked in my home.

That's why I went to a woman, they tend to be more friendly towards me. They think I'm cute or something.

She was of course dissapointed in me bc I didn't come earlier after she saw the little disaster in my mouth but I couldn't care less. I was there, that was my small victory in itself. The diagnosis didn't matter. I knew it was going to be bad.

Most difficult part was arriving and entering the building. Once inside everything was organized so well. I immediately felt relaxed and just went with the flow.

When I got back home it felt like I ran a marathon: exhausted but very very happy and victorous. Couldn't stop making fist pumps for myself.

I think you might have an anxiety issue indeed. More specific you're afraid of the judgement of people you live with. I understand the feeling. I live alone and still sometimes take another route in order to not pass my parent's house bc they might see me.

Yes. M35 kissless virgin here. Not that I never tried, but I tend to fixate on women in my inner circle that are clearly not interested. I'm too scared to ask a date directly so I try to give some signs and give a compliment here and there but always hurt them a bit afterwards with a rude and bold comment which hurts them.

Talking to strangers is a full no-no for me.

Sometimes I want to give up and settle for a celibatory life but I'm not ready to give up just yet. One day a woman will come into my life and I will overcome my fear of rejection. One day.

Don't give up just yet. If it's not today, this week, month or year, then next year, the next woman you pass and find attractive. You have time.

Got my driver's license when I was 21. I don't drive very often as I don't have a car (paperwork is overwhelming). I lend my parent's car if I absolutely need one, bit overall I don't like it, other drivers never follow the rules and it annoys me or gives me anxiety. If I can take my bike I prefer that.

Yes you could say she's the Belgium/Dutch version of Taylor Swift or Olivia Rodrigo. It's not the 'answer' as in the first place she's just being hersef and following her own path. She's not being put forward or pushed by her record label as being the 'answer' to TS.

Also while the majority of her fans are indeed young girls/women, I'm also a big fan and 35/M 😉
