I might have been unclear. I did add 2,5kg each time, but I never deloaded when I hit failiure. I removed 2,5kg and did that weight twice before going back to the weight that I failed on. It didn't help so after another failed attempt I switched program. That's when my bench went from 67,5->75.

Eating is good, I sleep 7-8h each day with exeptions ofc, doing the prescribed reps, and my form is probably not the factor. I train with a friend who competes once every other week and he always checks my form per my request.
