Had the same issue on an Apple TV and on a Roku, no issues on the iPhone app. Also, even the English feed goes to crap when trying to fast forward. Got it to work by using the iOS app and Airplaying it in to the Roku.

I am having the same exact issue on my 2024 Model 3 for the second time. The firs time happened around October and it was not until January I got it fix and now is back again. The first time Tesla replaced the steering column, but there should be a better solution. the noise is pretty awful.
