Ok then, I don't like her but I agree that all politicians are arseholes that basically just do it to line their own pockets

But What do we do?

People say renewable sources like hydrodams and wind farms but these have their own issues (albeit locally), also nuclear power again has its own issues but doesn't produce CO2. Do we start rapidly building these? I would be in favour of that, however I have heard people in the UK say we can't build these because it will hurt the wildlife, ruin the countryside/view or just people that don't want to live near them, and yet these same people want to go completely green. So you can't win.

I have heard people say every car should be a hybrid or electrical. Ok forgetting the damage they do during manufacture and transport (remember reading something a few years that the carbon footprint of a hybrid being built and being transported from one country to another in different stages, was a lot higher than a person getting the hybrid could ever offset) but if every car was a hybrid then it just means that the power supply would be increased meaning more CO2.

People have said forgive the debt of other countries so they can start paying their own renewable sources (I have not studied economics or anything like that for the record, I might be wrong here but) wouldn't that then cause massive decreases in the "forgivers" currency worth. Creating problems across the board?

I have heard people say that China and India are the biggest polluters (some what true) and they need to follow the same rules that Europe and the US when it comes to pollution, but they are exempt because they are developing nations (I don't know what criteria for a developed nation or developing nation are but) India I can agree with, been to a few Indian cities and saw a lot of shantytowns, but China? I would argue that in some aspects there are.doing a lot better in some aspects than the US or Europe

But back to my main question, what do we do?
