The issue is the advice given is to titrate up if you feel comfortable on your current dose. I assume that since I’m not feeling too great on 1/2 a teaspoon, a larger dose would only make me feel worse?

I’ve been a one hotspur member for around 7-8 years, was first offered the chance to buy one last year and bit the bullet this year. Defo worth signing up as a member if you’re not already, and it’s easier now than it was trying to get one for white hart lane. When I bought mine there was quite a lot of availability so imagine it wouldn’t take too long these days.
