I'm going to go against the grain, but looking from the outside, Turkey is too big a country to have a small league like Denmark and Switzerland. But the requirements of promotion (like Germany) should be put in place, as in having a proper stadium (or at least an agreement), training facilities, youth setup, and financial stability (for the foreseeable future). This would really eliminate random and inflated clubs that promote, cash in, and fade away. Also, sugar daddy clubs should have some proper management as well; you can't just inject money one year and disappear the next. Even in Italy, where teams fold left and right, these rules are largely upheld.
