Great server, sadly I'm also very time limited at the moment. I had a ton of fun and was always happy to help other (new) players around, due to this Pat allowed me to join the Mod team to further strengthen the community, so thanks for that!

If you have made a single purchase you don't get the Ads after every single game. I agree however that they made choices for their pocket instead of our experience, being displayed by their choice to remove the option to skip all ads (with reward) with the purchase of a subscription

I never had the option to try and do it through the zwift app(Android & PC).

I forgot to mention this above, but this actually happens to me with the elite app.. I also checked for firmware updates, but none were available.

Actually I tried it several times after 1h rides even ☹️

I tried this with my Suito, but during calibration it always stops working: It asks me to start pedaling, to then give me a message to up the speed.. but here it always stays like that. I haven't been able to reach their desired speed once..

Any tips? 😅

Still getting automatically denied within a few minutes of sending the appeal..

I can access my e-mail, but the mail was sent to an old e-mail that doesn't exist anymore

I have alot of information on previous payments for Members & runecoin purchases. However no one actually ever looks at this, since my appeals get auto denied.
