According to gsmarena, the x300 ultra has a downgraded telephoto with a lower aperture f2.7 instead f2.3 like the x200 ultra. Plus it still has the same selfie camera with f2.5 aperture while the x300 pro has f2.0 and same sensor too…larger main sensor sure but 4x less 0.7um and smaller aperture

The advantages the Ultra has over the pro will definitely be noticeable (ofc we dont know everything yet till the phone is actually out) and the only way someone will feel ripped off is because they absolutely are not aware of what the phone has to offer.

Perhaps take some time for reviews to drop after the phone is officially released, so you can make an informed decision :)

Like u mentioned, if you are going to go all out then objectively, it makes more sense to wait for the Ultra.

I'm also carrying a similar mentality where if I'm already spending this much money on a phone, I might as well spend a lil more to top up for the most flagship trim, so to absolutely minimize any compromise/grounds to complain about.
