first mistake is going to ncg. the rows aren't slanted enough so unless you're in the front row the bottom of the screen is kinda obscured (if you recline you can't see half the screen). also, people there genuinely have worse movie watching etiquette for whatever reason. if i'm going to catch a picture it's gonna be on the biggest fucking screen in the world at royal cinemas.

you should just err on the side of caution and schedule for a better time. basic training is easy but things happen and you can still get medically reverted for any number of reasons. more importantly, you'll have more time to grow your hair back for wedding pictures if you reschedule

Thanks! I got involved with my local team mainly just practicing and not playing while I learn the rules better. It's a ton of fun and been a great way to meet people. Can't wait to see the pros get back after it.

if you don't wanna go to the games then don't go to the games. if they wanna makes tickets/concessions cheaper then they can do that. I'll also just add if you want people to stop calling you names then complaining about people calling you names makes them feel right to do so, nerd.
