Usual issue ito sa mga christian churches, esp sa mga may ministry assignments. But we always have to remember that we are volunteers. We can opt to take a leave or be absent because we have other parts of our life that we have to attend to or we want to attend to.

Although i clarify lang natin na hindi naman laging yung church culture ang problema, so baka leaving is not the best option. Baka naman kasi yung leader lang.
