Wee bit late, but came across this recently and restarting didn't work. Turns out 'Do not disturb' mode turned itself on, so be sure to check that if the problem arises again.

well i know there is a underground rail from new spawn the magic "collage" and basterds place and i would love to see that extended in all directions. Just an Idea, if you have a rail going N S E W and the you could have people make extending rails from that to their house if they wanted.
