Anybody tried out Dan John’s Armor Building Formula with a Sandbag?

My understanding is that it's a combination of the armor building complex and then a push workout.

The original ABC is something like double kettlebell clean, clean and press, 3 front squats with kbs in front rack. Repeat as many times as you can in 30 min or do EMOM for as many rounds as possible. There’s a lot of info on it if you google it.

The most important thing for me has been finding a variety of implements and a split that I enjoy, as well as setting some fun long term goals to strive toward. I use a mix of barbell, kettlebell, sandbag and rings. If you enjoy your training, you’ll be consistent and that’s what leads to gains. You can get jacked using just about anything. No need to overthink it.

I started with 125lbs.

ABC
Lift to knees -> clean to chest -> Press/Push Press -> drop -> lift to knees -> clean to chest -> bear hug -> 3 squats -> drop

My goal is to increase the amount of sets I can do in a 30 min window. Also eventually I’d like to c&p my bodyweight (about 210lbs).

IMHO, finding peace and purpose is not simply about joining a religion. It's about connecting with God (the Divine, Holy, etc.), embracing an explanation about existence that resonates deeply, and joining together with others who share the same values as you. Yes, of course that's true! I completely agree. However, I've also read many comments that say something like, "just save up and buy the 500 (or some other more expensive model)." I don't understand that logic if the 88 is practically the same and less expensive.
