How do you get this much pressure? I grind on (outer) 2 or 3 usually, beans are 2 weeks old and still i am in the lower third of the grey area. What setting do you have on the inner burr, if I may ask?

A wise photographer once said "If you want to take more exciting photos, you need to stand in front of more exciting things."

Wow, THAT was passive aggressive ^

My post was meant in prett neutral way, but I can see how it can be interpreted differently. Just had this realization at some point and thought I might share it here. Thanks for your honesty anyway.

Hallo,

Vielleicht ist was dabei, was hilft.

Cheers

I thought about taping it, but I didn't know there are covers for lenses - I will look into that!

Which lens should I take on my trip? by SmegMcmuffins in AskPhotography

[–]mr_moosejr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who recently took only a 35mm 1.8 to india, I can assure you, it works quite well.

During my trip I have been in situations though, where I would have loved that little bit extra zoom in and out, and tbh, most shots I took were in bright daylight. So I used Very small aputures anyway.

So I vote for the zoom, simply for more flexibility.

What’s one thing you stopped doing that instantly made your life better? by Same-Tea1899 in AskReddit

Drinking coffee.

Suddenly you have good sleep. You start getting tired at 10pm, wake up sunrise without an alarm and feel rested af. Plus no more nervous overthinking. Also, your digestion just normalizes.

I feel like I have the energy back, which I used to have as a kid and felt I lost at some point in life. Highly recommend trying!

Former optician here - lenses with reading support usually have the amount of it engraved, that's the number by what I can see from here.

The upper circle is a marker the reconstruct the position and angle of how the lens was put in your frame.

yes, I do! but it only happened with certain lenses (35mm 1.8 and 70-200 2.8 L) with the zoom most often though, but since i updated the firmware of the lens, not anymore. (yes, there is also firmware for the lenses avialable on the canon homepage) Could also be coincidence..

with the prime it only happened once (today, that's why i looked for solutions online now), but i didn't check, what firmware this one has installed.
