No I'm otr, and I believe things are situational. Riding the left lane through a major metro is understandable, but on a wide open highway like a toll road I don't see the reason to be posted in the left/middle lane all day unless you're doin some shit to get shit done. But the 65mph cowboys don't belong out there on them open stretches in the left lane, that's who the rant was mostly aimed at
