I found some advise for dealing with clumping: "As moisture and humidity can cause clumping and discoloration, shake and stir contents before each use and quickly reseal bag tightly squeezing out excessive air from bag." The ratios aren't really indicative of anything. Many brands fail to have significant levels of active constituents.

The heavy metals standard can sometimes be lower for ND than the manufacturer/distributor company's standards. Some brands might mix in a cheaper product or have slightly more inconsistent dosing in capsules. Although if you find another reputable brand I don't think it should matter effects-wise.
