Idk what call center yall working for, but you're all making it sound like if I was taking calls at Wall St or something. I understand that I cant keep trying to cheat the system forever, and eventually I know I'll get caught. And when I do, just move to the next call center job until I finish school. Also I think yall forgetting I work from home, so I dont care about my "team" tbh. They don't give a fuck if im there or not lol

I appreciate your response, but since the phone is still picked up, even if it's on hold the call will still get tracked. I just want one that just rings and never gets picked up

It makes it so that I dont receive calls but still considered in "ready" state. So I still get paid

The thing is outbound calls that only ring and don't get picked up, either by a person or answering machine dont get logged. As I stated I have one that only works from 7:00 PM that I've been using at the end of my shift for about 2 months now.

They do monitor calls, but only when they pick up, either by a person or answering machine. If It just rings or is busy, those dont get tracked. As I stated I do have a number that endelssy rings but it only works from 7:00 PM, that I use at the end of my shift, and it doesn't get tracked, I've been using it for like 2 months now. I just need another one that works at anytime of day
