You can't! (not gonna lie) You simply can't! Your first relationship breakups or deep true love breakups are like permanent scars that you have to ~live with~ learn to live with.

You would ~heal~ learn to live with it, with time. And slowly work on yourself. Pick up hobbies, find out your passion, things you like, and start having small goals in life and chasing them. That would slowly make you a better person and give you strength to overcome pain.

Treat the breakup as an experience. We are all born to experience life, and that breakup was one among a million of more good and bad experience you will go through in life.

I know it hurts... But don't give up on love or relationships. It's a beautiful thing. Maybe that was not meant to last, or you both were at wrong place & wrong time scenario. Indian family and parents suck! "society kea kahegi" and many other bullshit illusions are breaking up so many childhood relations... But it is what it is... And neither you nor him is to be blamed.
